As part of its Second Life campaign, LG is hosting a clothing drive with the Tennessee Titans to help people participate in sustainable fabric care, the future of fashion and upcycling. The clothing drive is set to take place in November just outside of Nissan Stadium and fans will get the chance to donate used clothing that will be cleaned in LG washers and dryers, and then distributed to those in need via People Loving Nashville.
The East Coast leg of LG’s Second Life tour is concluding in Tennessee, the home of LG’s state-of-the-art home appliance factory in Clarksville. As part of this campaign, LG is aiming to collect more than 5,000 pounds of unwanted textiles, rather than having them end up in landfills.
