This holiday season, Dolce & Gabbana released a virtual holiday campaign that shares a musical video that’s been animated in stop-motion. The scenes depict views of theaters from the streets, as well as mannequins of Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana. These mannequins were faithfully recreated thanks to 3D printing and their faces and outfits were painted by the brand’s own tailor workshops. The attention to detail and craftsmanship reflects the brand’s devotion to quality, which clearly comes through these ads.
The colorful streetside backdrop also serves to highlight giftable items that are available from the brand, such as sunglasses, footwear for men and women, and glassware.
The virtual holiday ad is set to the tune of La notte è piccola by the Kessler Twins.
